Las preposiciones AT, IN y ON nos indican ubicación yendo de más específico (at the door, at the corner) a más general (in the city)

AT

• Punto específico: at school, at the cinema, at the airport…
• Direcciones: at 10 Downing Street
• Eventos / grupos: at the concert, at the party…
• Puntos de interés: at the zebra crossing

ON 

• Superficies: on the table, on the wall
• Líneas / carreteras / calles: on the road, on the street
• Plantas / pisos: on the third floor
• Transporte público (puedes caminar dentro de él): on the bus, on the plane…
• Media: on the tv, on the radio

IN

• Sitios cerrados: in the box, in the room
• Grandes áreas: in the country, in the sky…
• Países / ciudades: in Spain, in Manchester
• Transporte público (no puedes caminar dentro de él): in a taxi, in a car
